HAVING THE MODEL NUMBER IS VERY IMPORTANT (especially for televisions, from this I can determine the age, screen size and the type of set it is.

Please include as much detail as possible of the faulty item -

i.e what it's doing, what it's not doing and what you have tried to do, (if anything) like replacing a fuse, re-tuning etc..

I can then research the issues with the manufacturer before getting back to you.

I'm sorry but I won't be able to reply back without this information.

With all items that come in for repair, we take a £35 inspection fee up front.

This covers our time examining the unit.

This amount comes off the final bill following a successful repair.
