If your TV picture is like the one below, or maybe

cracked/scratched/ part or fully broken screens of any size, then they are not repairable. Sorry but we're not able to replace screens either.

This also applies to pencil-thin, black or multi-coloured lines on screen.

Please include the Make and Model Number of your item.

HAVING THE MODEL NUMBER IS VERY IMPORTANT (especially for televisions, from this I can determine the age, screen size and the type of set it is.

Please include as much detail as possible of the faulty item -

i.e what it's doing, what it's not doing and what you have tried to do, (if anything) like replacing a fuse, re-tuning etc..

I'm sorry but I won't be able to reply back without this information.

Cracked/scratched/ pencil-thin coloured lines, part or fully broken screens of any size are not repairable and we're not able to replace them either.

I don't offer and please don't ask for free advice on your items symptoms.

I don't guess on what the fault could be, or 'Google' the fault symptoms either!

With all items that come in for repair, we take a £40 inspection fee up front.

This covers our time examining the unit. ( Full details in the 'Services' section )

This amount comes off the final bill following a successful repair.
