JOHN LEWIS PARTNERSHIP

Tass have been associated with John Lewis for nearly 40 years.


Back in the Tyrrell and Green days in Above Bar, they had their own in-house TV repair workshops at the back of  that Southampton store.

In 1983 Tyrrell & Green decided to out-source their repair work using local firms.

So along with a few other firms in the area, Tass were lucky enough to be awarded a contract to undertake TV and Video repair work throughout the guarantee period. Plus installing and setting up new equipment.

Although we don't install the equipment for them anymore, the repair service still carries on today with ourselves here in Romsey and with Tass Service in Winchester.

In addition to equipment sold from the Southampton store, we do the repair work on equipment sold in Waitrose and from John Lewis Direct.

Today we are one of only two firms in the Southampton area who have this agreement.

We are proud and privileged to still be able to undertake this work for John Lewis customers.

If you have a JL product that is faulty and under their guarantee, (TV's 5 years, other A/V equipment 2 years) please phone them them first.

They need to log the repair/fault first before the job is allocated out.

We don't repair their computer equipment or white goods.
